OCOOPA Hand Warmer
I have been trying this device to help warm up my hands before live performances. As a classical guitarist - and other Strings players can confirm, I am sure - the temperature of one’s hands, fingers, and fingertips is quite important before recording sessions and live performances.
Because of nerves, adrenaline, being more self-conscious than usual, performing musicians will often experience sweaty fingers, and then the fingers will get cold, and by the time you get on the stage your fingers feel like they belong to someone else :-)
I’ve seen guitarists blow warm air into their hands, use hot or lukewarm water to wash their hands and fingers, and I’ve even heard someone say they like to use a hair dryer on their fingers right before they go on the stage.
Enter the Rechargeable Hand Warmer from OCOOPA. I’ve had this for a few days now and I like it a lot. It is compact, USB charged, and very efficient. It comes with a charging cable and also an adaptor for a different charging input, and a small convenient pouch for storage. This will fit in your instrument case perfectly and the charge will last for hours, allowing multiple uses before a fresh charge.
I recommend it to all Strings players and even to Piano players.
You won’t be disappointed.
