Guitar Tutorial Jazz F Major

This is a brief Guitar tutorial featuring a Jazzy chord progression:

FMaj7 A7/E Dmi7 F7/C
BbMaj7 Ami7 Gmi7 FMaj7

The second run of the chords includes some ascending triads followed by a short descending scale, landing on the next chord.

It might help to consider the outer leading-voice notes. You’ll see in the video that I identify those notes and give you a chance to practice them by themselves and also in combination, without playing the chords.

I am playing this on a classical guitar (nylon strings) but you can play it on whatever type of guitar you have available.
